Public really does not have that much access to "public space" to post thoughts, ideas, images, etc.  The amount of tape and staples used to hold posts is mind blowing.  One might wonder what all these gone thoughts were about.  I think it is a good idea to have an electronic billboard devoted to the people of each city.  I bet you that it would be a popular meeting place of minds!
