This image is one of my favorite ones. It is very simple and in my opinion elegant. It's all about lines that curve and merge resulting in a harmonious composition. There were many possibilities there. I chose this one. It reminds me of a quotation by the American photographer Robert Adams in a book by David Bate, "...The photographer hopes, in brief, to discover a tension so exact that it is peace.” This might be a bit out of context, but I think it fits well here.
