It's really an unusual experience to be in the middle of huge parking lot surrounded by graffiti art. I think it would be great to have public spaces available to the artists in various neighborhoods to express themselves. Venice Beach has created such a space and is a good model for future projects in other cities. (www.alfaphotography.com )
